She began sailing in the Optimist class, competing in both the Optimist World and Asian Championships, before moving into the 420 and 470 classes. A double-handed helm, she went on to win an Asian Games silver medal and a SEA Games bronze medal, Asian Sailing gold Medal, place 7th at the Volvo 420 Worlds, and 10th at the 470 Junior Worlds. She has also raced in keelboat with the TP52 VAYU and the Farr40 The Next Factor. Now a flight attendant with Malaysia Airlines, she still carries Malaysia’s flag with pride balancing her aviation career with her unwavering passion for sailing and representing her country.
