    BIO

    A former national Laser Standard sailor, Akiyuddin has competed in the Youth Sailing World Championships and the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games. He currently serves in the Royal Malaysian Navy and is a senior member of its keelboat program. With the Navy, he has competed in regattas across Asia in Farr 520, DK47 and Platu 25. Akiyuddin hails from Tanah Merah in the state of Kelantan.
